It all starts with the selection of candidates

We have established networks in the countries of origin through which we obtain candidates. But then the real work begins.

  • We match the candidates with your requirements.
  • We check whether the candidates fit into your institution or company.
  • We check language learning ability as well as professional and personal aptitude.

If we consider the candidates to be suitable, we will present them to you in a short profile. You will then get to know the candidates you have selected via Zoom in a job interview.

  • Once you have decided on the candidate, they will receive a preliminary contract.
  • After signing the contract, language training will begin shortly afterwards at one of our partner schools.

Language acquisition and language certificate

Language acquisition is important and necessary for countries such as Germany and Austria. For Spain and the UK we mostly find the suitable candidates from countries, where no language training is necessary.

  • Language learning generally takes place online, in some countries also via face-to-face lessons.
  • Only qualified native speakers are used, in individual cases also Germanists with at least C1 level.
  • Lessons are taught with the help of a predetermined curriculum and also predetermined intermediate examinations.
  • You will receive weekly information on performance and attendance.
  • As an employer, you have the opportunity to take part in lessons and experience the language course live.

Candidates receive an allowance during the language training so that they can focus fully on the language course. The course lasts approximately 710 clock hours (B2) and can be completed in 6 to 8 months. Ask your sales partner about the option of a sprinter class.

We reliably take care of the paperwork

We relieve you and the candidates of the paperwork that is simply necessary for many steps.

  • Collection of documents
  • Notarization at notaries or embassies
  • Preparation for translators
  • Application for nostrification incl. granting of power of attorney by the candidate
  • Booking the visa appointment at the embassy or the relevant service agency
  • optional: Booking the flight ticket

In the meantime, you focus on your core business and the candidates on their language training.

Why integration is essential

The integration of foreign specialists begins with the recruitment and hiring of new colleagues. From day one, everything should be thought through, from onboarding and induction to social integration into the team and the company. Our tip: set up a team consisting of HR, management, works council and a colleague with a migration background who has already been integrated and examine all social and work-related interfaces from the perspective of the new colleagues concerned.

We can support you in the creation and design of integration concepts. Our know-how will show you ways that you may not have thought of on your own. What we and you can also do:

  • Online seminars for your integration team
  • Translation of the integration concept into an official language of the country of origin
  • Regular contact between you and the candidates during the language course
  • Preparation of candidates during language training (compulsory extracurricular activity)
  • Provide support in finding accommodation, dealing with authorities and formalities during the recruitment process

Integration can only succeed if both sides are willing to integrate.

Frequntly Asked Questions

  • No, but there are representative offices in almost all target countries. These are run by independent sales partners or companies.
In the countries of origin, we mostly work with agencies or intermediaries.

  • Yes, you can. Simply contact us. A sales partner in your country will then provide on-site support.

  • The process can take between 2 and 4 months, with necessary Language Training 6-7 months.

    This depends on many points:
Is the candidate already in our database or do we have to search for the candidate first?
Are there any regulatory requirements in the country of origin (e.g. Philippines)?
Is language training necessary to achieve e.g. IELTS?

  • "Fair recruitment" is an essential foundation for us for several reasons, as it ensures ethical practices, builds trust, and contributes to long-term success. Here are key reasons why fair recruitment is important:

    Ethical Standards:
Fair recruitment upholds ethical standards in the hiring process. This includes treating all candidates with respect, providing accurate and transparent information about job opportunities, and avoiding discriminatory practices. Ethical conduct is crucial for maintaining the reputation of the recruitment agency and fostering trust among both candidates and clients.

    Legal Compliance:
Adhering to fair recruitment practices helps to comply with local and international labor laws. By avoiding discriminatory practices, ensuring equal opportunities, and respecting the rights of candidates, agencies reduce the risk of legal issues and associated liabilities.

    Diverse and Inclusive Workplaces:
Fair recruitment promotes diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. By considering candidates based on their skills, qualifications, and potential, rather than irrelevant factors like gender or race or origin, we contribute to the creation of diverse and inclusive work environments. Diverse workplaces are known to foster innovation, creativity, and better problem-solving.

    Client and Candidate Satisfaction:
Fair recruitment practices contribute to overall client and candidate satisfaction. When candidates feel they have been treated fairly and transparently throughout the recruitment process, they are more likely to have a positive experience with the agency. Similarly, clients appreciate us because we prioritize ethical practices and provide them with candidates who meet their needs and expectations.

    Building Long-Term Relationships:
Fair recruitment is essential for building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Long-term relationships are crucial for the sustainability and success of CnG Global Recruitment.

    Brand Reputation:
Our reputation is a valuable asset. Fair recruitment practices contribute to a positive brand image, attracting both clients and candidates. A positive reputation not only helps in attracting business but also in retaining top talent and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

    Social Responsibility:
Fair recruitment aligns with social responsibility. We play an important role in shaping the workforce and can contribute to societal progress by promoting fair employment practices. Demonstrating social responsibility can enhance our standing in the community and industry.

In summary, fair recruitment is not just a moral imperative; it is a strategic necessity for us. By prioritizing fairness, we can build a foundation of trust, legal compliance, and positive relationships, ultimately contributing to our long-term success and impact on the labor market.
