CnG Global Recruitment policy statement on the fair and ethical recruitment and placement of foreign workers

We are responsibly shaping the future of foreign nursing staff in Germany. Our commitment: a transparent 'no fee policy' in accordance with the Employer Pays Principle and compliance with the Dhaka Principles. In accordance with national law and international standards, we pursue our goals and always have the needs of the nursing staff in mind.

Our commitment therefore includes compliance with the following agreements in particular

UN Conventions on Human Rights, EU Convention on Human Rights,

WHO Code of Conduct for the International Recruitment of (Healthcare) Professionals,

International Labor Organization (ILO) - Core Labor Standards,

General principles and operational guidelines of the ILO for fair recruitment

IRIS standards of the International Organization of Migration (IOM)

Violations of these principles, standards and conventions by our own employees, partners in the recruitment process or our customers are sanctioned by appropriate measures.
